PelRay sells most raw materials that you might need to make a broom, mop or brush. We can supply:
Handles
-Wooden ... finished or unfinished with threads metal or wooden, tapered or tenoned, drilled or undrilled, soft wood or hardwood.
-metal ... 21mm(7/8"), 24mm(15/16") or 25mm(1") diameter powder painted or plastic coated, fixed or swivel cap. With a multitude of ends available.
Fibers:
-Broomcorn ... processed or unprocessed
-Tampico ... dyed or natural
-Palmyra ... prime stiff oiled, extra fine stalks, regular coarse stalks
-Synthetic ... PVC and poly-pro
Mop Yarn:
Cotton, Rayon or Blended, Multi end tubes (Ball Warps) or single end cones, open end spun or dreft, and string yarns.
PelRay also sources finished broomcorn brooms, plastic angle brooms, deck mops, mop heads, floor squeegees, push brooms, 3 and 4 tuft roofing brushes, deck brushes, fender brushes and many other brushes.
PelRay operates much of our distribution from our US warehouse. We keep many of your needs in stock. We stock Tampico Fiber, Broomcorn, Plastic Brush Fiber (PVC and Poly-Pro) Mop Yarn, Plastic Angle Brooms, Push Brooms, and many other broom, brush and mop manufacturing supplies. Our warehouse in San Antonio, Texas is conveniently located to allow us to ship to your factory at competitive freight rates.
