Bart Pelton graduated from the University of Texas in 1977 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, and is a third generation broomcorn dealer. In 1977, he joined Amex International as company controller in Fort Worth, Texas. Previous experience in the handle industry includes managing metal and wooden handle factories in Birmingham, Alabama, and global industry experience. Former executive of Amex, Bart joined PelRay as the Chief Financial Officer in 2008.

Ray LeBlanc graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1969. He worked as a research Chemist and process engineer for Dupont from 1969 to 1977 in Chattanooga, TN and later in Monterrey, Mexico, where he became fluent in Spanish. In November 1977, he joined Amex International as the Laredo, Texas site manager and broomcorn purchaser. He joined PelRay in 2008 and is the Chief Operations Officer.
David McGee

David McGee has a background in accounting, bookkeeping,and broadcasting. He briefly worked as a weekend TV News anchor at a small market TV Station, then worked as a "Top 40" Morning disk jockey. He was an advertising sales manager for some 11 years prior to taking the job of Branch Manager with Amex International in January 1986. As Sales Manager at PelRay, he coordinates purchasing and inventory management, handles sales and customer service, and logistics.
